I had a 1970 Toyota FJ40 and the rear heater could heat the whole vehicle in sub zero temps, plus it was really built well.
Assembly contained the fan and radiator mounted in a stout sheetmetal frame. All you need do is supply heated coolent and +12V (put a switch & fues in line wiht the power and maybe a valve to control the water flow).
