Traveler: Could use more info on these items.

Hi,
I saw a post from you from a few days ago that included the following advice:

"When shopping, look for the rocking driver's seat ($$) and faulty winshield wiper board (recall on some)."

I have a '96 with both of these problems. Can you give me any details on these or direct to someplace / someone that would?
