What this means is that it's mandatory for GM to replace all FREE.
Go to the NHTSA site and go through the path on the left hand side (mine 1996, GMC, Suburban) and I got two recalls. One throttle and second wiper control.
I've printed both out and will drop by the dealer this week. Problem is going to the dealer, which I distrust greatly.
