I picture that type of noise being made like holding a piece of metal over an edge of the table, holding it tight and flipping the end hung over the edge and letting it vibrate.
So, that must be how the noise is being generated, something is strumed and allowed to vibrate.
Check the bolts/nuts of: shockes, leaf spring U-bolts/shackles, brake lines, diff vent hose clip to frame.
Do you have after market rear tire carrier? Is the spare tight inside? Are the jack & hardware secure in their compartment? Are the rear seats tightly held down?
And of course, check for any road kill still hanging on the axle housing, especially of the Wily Coyote kind... :)
