Not of the same class a Suburban 2500 vs an Expedition. The Sub has a couple thousand pounds more rating head room and if you have the 7.4L, even more towing power head room.
Hope you are also changing fluids of: tranny, tranfer case, both diff's and even the powersteering/hydroboost pump. Even engine oil/filter around 3K miles. Doesn't matter GM/Ford/Chrys, they all need/should be flushed around the first engine oil change to remove manufacturing & assembly stuff.
Mainly if you plan to keep a while, but even if you are going to trade in a couple years, it's good for the vehicle.
